- Work at a nationally known state of the art Voice and Swallow Center.
- Work clinically and academically with a multidisciplinary team that includes physicians and speech language pathologists.
- Perform diagnostics including acoustics, aerodynamics, stroboscope, and flexible endoscopy.
- Develop new programs and outreach opportunities.
- Contribute to learning experiences for residents, medical students, speech pathologist and clinical fellows.
- Be involved with clinical research and continuing education.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders Required Work Experience
- Completion of Clinical Speech Language Pathology Fellowship Required.
- Experience in diagnostics specific to area of specialty Required.
- Experience in providing therapy in the relevant area of specialty (e.g. speech, language, cognition, voice, airway, resonance, or swallow therapy) Required.
- Contribution to local or national professional boards and committees (such as ASHA or state-level speech and hearing associations) Preferred.
- Record of presentation at national and regional professional conferences Preferred.
- Record of leadership in program development / quality improvement initiatives Preferred.
- Interest in and / or history of seeking mentorship in developing leadership skills Preferred. Licenses & Certifications
- WI Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license Upon Hire Required
- ASHA certified (CCC-SLP) or eligible for certification Upon Hire Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 3 months Required
