Enter and verify demographic and insurance information, complete coordination of benefit changes, calculate and collect patient financial obligations.Manage patient insurance referral obligations, enter referrals, and link to appropriate upcoming appointments.Answer inbound and make outbound calls as needed, availability via the telephone is a key part of this role.
