What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN – CTL – Inpatient Dialysis position at University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Authority?
Work Schedule : 100% FTE, Day / Evening shift rotation.
Every other Saturday and occasional Sundays for emergent dialysis needs.
On call responsibilities.

- Function as the Dialysis team leader in the provision of acute and chronic dialysis care and treatments on a nine bed Hemodialysis Unit and ICU Units.
- Act as a front-line nursing leader with excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Lead nursing staff while working in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
