Work Schedule : 60% FTE, evening / night shift.
This position has rotating weekends and holidays.

- Use your knowledge of policies, procedures and practices of the state, university, hospital and Department of Nursing as they relate to the operations of the hospital and clinics.
- Bring your knowledge of staffing models and oversee staffing.
- Prioritize workload / assignments.
- Utilize your strong professional communication and collaboration skills to provide constructive feedback and resolve conflicts. At UW Health, you will have :

- Associate's Degree in nursing Required
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing Preferred Work Experience
- 3 years of acute clinical nursing experience Required
- Previous experience in a formal leadership role (such as Care Team Leader, Nurse Supervisor or Nurse Manager) Preferred
- Adult and Pediatric experience Preferred Licenses & Certifications
- Licensed RN in the State of Wisconsin Required
- CPR certification Required
- ACLS Preferred
