90% FTE, day shift between the hours of 7 : 45 am - 5 : 15pm , Monday through Friday.
No weekends or holidays.
You will work at 20 S Park St located in Madison, WI.

- Establish goals and strategies for meeting care coordination needs across settings with the patient, family and / or other care providers such as OT, ortho, burn and wound.
- Communicate with patients via phone triage or MyChart, provide patient education and support providers within the ambulatory setting.
- Assist with clinic procedures such as excisions, drain / suture removal, dressing change, and / or breast expansion.
- Join a specialized team providing all types of plastic and reconstructive procedures to restore function and assist patients to feel their best.
Conditions treated may include : brachial plexus, cancers (breast, gynecologic, skin, etc.), carpal tunnel syndrome, congenital anomalies, gender affirmation, migraines, nerve repair, trauma injuries, and Mohs. At UW Health, you will have :
