- Manage the sourcing and contracting initiatives for UW Health system, including legal terms review.
- Negotiate professional services contracts / purchases of goods and services for the system.
- Meet or exceed 3-10% hard profit and loss savings and risk mitigation.
- Ability to take high visibility request for proposals (RFP's) through analytics, presentations, and completion. At UW Health, you will have :

- Bachelor's Degree business, supply chain or related field. Required or
- Four (4) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to the experience below. Required
- Master's Degree Preferred Work Experience
- 5 years progressive experience in contract management of product and / or services portfolio, market analysis, contract analysis, contract negotiation and financial analysis. Required
- 2 years experience with sophisticated materials management information systems software and / or enterprise resource platform (ERP), preferably Oracle Cloud Required
- 2 years of experience and a proven track record in strategic contract management and expense reduction Required
