Work Schedule : This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM. We are seeking a VP / Chief Nursing Officer - American Family Children's Hospital to :
- Serve as the nursing leader for UW Health pediatric services.
- Partner with other clinical leaders to improve access, quality, safety, patient experience, productivity and efficiency of nursing practice.

- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Master's degree in healthcare or hospital administration, nursing administration, business or a related discipline. Preferred - Doctor of Nursing Practice Work Experience : Minimum - Seven (7) years of progressively responsible nursing management or supervisory level experience Preferred -
- Experience with an academic medical center
- Experience working in one or more areas of the following pediatric areas : inpatient, outpatient or critical care nursing.
