Schedule :

We have hours 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Shifts range from 2 hours up to 24-hour Live-In. We are hiring for part-time positions during the school year and up to full-time during the summer. This is a good opportunity for students as the hours can be assigned around any school schedule. Overnight shifts allow you to work on homework.

Essential Functions and Duties :

• Assist the client with activities of daily living by providing any of the Comfort Keepers approved personal care activities including, but not limited to : bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, oral hygiene, and / or ambulation.
• Provide for a clean, safe, and healthy environment for clients and family members with light housekeeping tasks including laundering of client's garments and linens and changing the bed.
• Assist in meeting nutritional needs by providing meal planning, meal preparation, grocery shopping, dishes, and kitchen clean-up.
• Incidental transportation in personal or client's vehicle for errands, shopping, medical appointments, social, and recreational activities.
• Remind client to take self-administered medications.
• Observe and report any changes in the client's mental, physical, or emotional condition or home situation as directed by office policy in a timely manner.
• Complete required documentation of services delivered and submit to office in a timely manner according to policy.
• Use equipment and supplies safely and properly.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding client information.
• Other reasonable related duties as assigned.
