Work Schedule : This is a full-time position working 8 or 10-hour shifts, beginning at 7 : 00 AM with a weekend rotation. Hours may vary based on the needs of the department. You will work at University Hospital and East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI. Be part of something remarkable As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our inpatient and ambulatory care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Hospitalist to :
- Work with 15 other advanced practice providers (NPs and PAs).
- Independently care for hospitalized patients at University Hospital and / or East Madison Hospital.
- Work with patients with acute and chronic disease.
- Perform assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, prevention, and care coordination including multidisciplinary care rounds, and management of acute and chronic conditions.

- Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND

- Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND
