50% FTE, Days.
Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm.
Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in ambulatory care team by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients and their families. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to :
- Participate as a care team member in managing a panel of patients in partnership with our primary care physicians.
- Evaluate and treat acute and chronic health conditions and promote wellness in our outpatient primary care pediatric clinic.
- Provide counseling and education about common pediatric illnesses and promote wellness with patients and families. Education : Minimum - If Nurse Practitioner : Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program If Physician Assistant : Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited PA Program Licenses and Certifications : Minimum - State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure If Nurse Practitioner
- Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND
- Active board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice.
These may include the following : Pediatric Primary Care or Family Medicine. If Physician Assistant
