This position will lead a team of HR Generalists and HR-related operations in assigned customer groups across the university. The HR Manager will partner with department leaders on the most appropriate and effective methods of recruitment, organization design, employee development, retention, employment relations and performance management. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement, and supporting the professional growth and development of our workforce.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in Human Resources
- Strong working knowledge human resources laws, principles, and practices
- Strong interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills
- Experience with an HRIS database and applicant tracking system
- Ability to maintain discretion and the highest ethical and professional standards while dealing with confidential information
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
