POSITION: Three full-time university staff positions are available in the Housing and Residence Life. The working title for this position is Residence Hall Director with an official title of Residence Life Coordinator II. Full time, fiscal year contract (12 month), fixed term, professional academic staff live-in position and Campus Security Authority. The person selected for this position will be responsible for overall operation of a residence hall, supervision of undergraduate resident assistants and potentially graduate hall directors, and front desk staff. Duties include programming, judicial, counseling, staff selection and training, advising hall government, committee responsibilities, LLC support in most positions, supervision of front desk operations, promotion of inclusion in their community, and coordination of housekeeping and maintenance services.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, previous experience in residence hall living or employment.
May be considered an asset: Master's Degree in student personnel or related field; supervision experience; hall leadership experience; evidence of commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusiveness.

Salary: $45,640, furnished apartment, $500 dining stipend, pet policy, and other liberal fringe benefits. Total package value including food and 2 bedroom apartment is $63,000 for 12 months. Position starting date 7/29/25.
