JOB TITLE : Content Manager
Job Purpose
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a part-time Content Manager. This role involves converting existing IT documentation from to a new documentation platform while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to organizational standards. This is a project-based position spanning the Spring 2025 semester, with a flexible schedule, perfect for candidates looking to contribute to a high-impact IT initiative.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Migrate existing IT documentation from existing documentation system to Confluence.
- Format and organize content in Confluence to align with predefined templates and structures.
- Collaborate with IT teams to clarify documentation details and resolve inconsistencies.
- Track and document progress, including changes made during the migration process.
- Report progress to the project manager regularly and escalate issues as needed.
REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY :
This position is eligible for remote work and / or a flexible work schedule.
