JOB TITLE:
Saddle Up Poke Pack Leader
ABOUT THE POSITION:
Student Success & Graduation is excited for Saddle Up 2025! It takes many student employees to make the week a success. This posting is for the Poke Pack Leader position. Within this application, you will be able to indicate your interest in additional student employment within Student Success & Graduation, such as PASS Leader and Cowboy Coach.
Students in these positions receive a competitive hourly rate of pay, with opportunities to earn overtime pay. Poke Pack Leaders and PASS Leaders will be hired for a few select training dates in the spring, three training dates in August, and the week of Saddle Up. Most student employees can expect to work roughly 100 total hours throughout trainings and the week of Saddle Up. Cowboy Coaches will be hired for all the Saddle Up dates listed above as well as additional trainings in the spring and summer preparing for part-time employment throughout the school year. After Saddle Up, Cowboy Coaches are expected to work about 8-15 hours per week.

Lead small group through exercises in real-world experiences in an academic setting including feedback on coursework and exams, fitness and wellness time, college connection time, study time and essential skills session. Join students in various skills and activities throughout camp and provide support as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
