JOB TITLE:
Summer Custodian
JOB PURPOSE:
Perform duties according to established standards for cleaning and maintaining University buildings/facilities under general supervision.
Job Schedule:
The hours of this position are 6:00am-2:30am Monday through Friday Starting
May 19, 2025 and ending August 15, 2025.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Help with apartment turns
Cleaning vacant apartments, making them ready for new tenants.
Help with Residence Hall turns:
Cleaning vacant rooms, common areas and restrooms, making them ready for new occupants.
May help with room turns for camps and conferences:
Cleaning vacant rooms, common areas and restrooms, after camps leave, making them ready for new occupants.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
GED or High School Diploma
