Job Description
We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our team of compassionate caregivers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing bedside care, administering medications, documenting therapeutic effects, and assisting with resident comfort.

- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and documentation.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a current and unencumbered Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) License and at least one year of experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care environment.
