Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including:
- Providing direct patient care, including medication administration and documentation.
- Assisting with resident comfort and hygiene needs.
- Providing wound care and treatment as needed.
- Coaching and educating staff members on best practices and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a current and unencumbered Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) License and at least one year of experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care environment.
