Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and assist with their needs upon arrival.
- Obtain and record demographic, insurance, and financial information.
- Accurately record patient history, complete patient vitals, and report to the appropriate practitioner.
- Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and other processes related to direct patient care.

Requirements:
- Four (4) eight-hour shifts per week.
- Reliable transportation.
- This position will require working in our Oak Ridge office 2-3 days per week.
- Ability to travel to Oak Ridge and Crossville offices as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
Education/Experience:
- GED or High School Diploma required.
- One (1) year experience in a healthcare facility preferred.
- Completion of Medical Assistant program, registered/certified (RMA/CMA), or two (2) years' experience working in a medical office.
