- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

- Attend networking events and real estate activities to promote the brand and engage with potential candidates.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in university recruitment.
- Qualifications:Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience as a University Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with university recruitment processes and strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with university partners.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
