- Proven experience as a University Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with university recruitment processes and strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with university partners.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
