What are the responsibilities and job description for the BUILDING MAINTENANCE ENGINEER position at University Retirement Community?
Overview :
As a Building Engineer at University Retirement Comunity, youll ensure proper inspection, repairs and maintenance of community buildings and equipment, including troubleshooting our Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and Heating, Ventilation, Air Cooling (HVAC) systems.
Youll get to know the building inside and out, but youll also get to interact with our residents on a daily basis what better way to grow relationships, build connections and ultimately feel like youre making an impact on someones life every day.
Compensation : $26.00 - $30.00 / hr DOE

Were a 365 / 24 / 7 business so were looking for someone with availability in afternoons to independently work on ongoing projects, perform general inspections, help turn over residences, monitor building systems and handle resident requests. Schedule : Monday - Friday; 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm.
