We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Director of Nursing to join our team at University Retirement Community CCRC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for:
- Directing the day-to-day functioning of nursing practices
- Implementing healthcare practices and ensuring high standards of care
- Mentoring and inspiring a talented nursing staff
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Registered Nursing license (RN) from an accredited nursing program
- Working knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding Skilled Nursing Facility operations
- Associate degree in nursing or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Two (2) to three (3) years of leadership experience in a healthcare environment
