We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee health programs and services in our 5-star Skilled Nursing Facility. As the Director of Nursing, you will direct the day-to-day functioning of nursing practices, ensuring compliance with current rules, procedures, and regulations.
You will inspire and mentor a talented nursing staff, implement healthcare practices, and ensure the highest standards of care within a supportive environment that prioritizes your well-being.
To be successful, you should have:
- Registered Nursing license (RN) from an accredited nursing program
- Working knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding Skilled Nursing Facility operations
- Associate degree in nursing or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Two (2) to three (3) years of leadership experience in a healthcare environment
