The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Registered Nursing license (RN) from an accredited nursing program, college, or university.
- Working knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding Skilled Nursing Facility operations.
- An Associate degree in nursing or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Two (2) to three (3) years of leadership experience in a healthcare environment.
