Position Highlights
- Answering phone calls received from the Call Center.
- Reviewing orders and obtaining missing information.
- Obtaining tax information and ordering tax certificates.
- Receipt in and deposit earnest money.
- Scanning and uploading contracts into system
- Customer Service experience
- Title industry or RamQuest experience a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent typing skills
