**Job Summary:**
We are currently looking for a dedicated Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our Residents and families. The Medical Receptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
**Duties:**
- Greet and check-in residents with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls and address inquiries promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
**Skills:**
- Prior experience in an care facility or medical office setting preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and staff
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations
