Starting pay of $16 - $18.00 per hour dependent upon shift and inclusive of base pay and any incentives. Please see wage details below.
The following shifts are available:
Evening Shift: Monday - Friday, 1:45pm - 10:15pm (base pay with shift differential = $17 - $18 / hourly)
Overnight Shift: Schedule options listed on application, 9:45pm - 6:15am (base pay with shift differential = $15 - $16 / hourly)
Weekend Shift: Saturday - Sunday, 5:45am - 10:15pm (base pay with shift differential = $16 - $18 / hourly)
Weekend Part-Time: Saturday - Sunday, 7:00am - 7:00pm (base pay with shift differential = $16 - $18 / hourly)
- Responds to call lights and resident needs
- Assists resident in maintaining independence in activities of daily living
- Bathes, dresses, and undresses residents.
- Serves and collects food trays and feeds residents requiring help.
- Assist patients with mobility
- Obtains and records vital signs, weights, input, and output as needed.
- Documents care provided in the electronic medical record.
- Monitors for changes in residents are reported to nursing staff as warranted.
- Ensure cleanliness of the work environment and equipment.
- Comply with all community policies and procedures, including infection prevention and control.
- Participates in all in-service programs to expand and develop abilities.
Education:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Long-Term Care Aide Certification for the State of Oklahoma
Experience:
- Candidate must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents, families, guests, and other associates in English
- The ideal candidate will be caring, organized, and able to multi-task
