Our employees are encouraged to work collaboratively and embrace innovation to deploy needs-based financial solutions in the communities we serve.We are seeking a Commercial Credit Analyst to join our growing team.Responsibilities Partner with Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Credit Officers during all phases of commercial underwriting process, which includes new requests, renewals and annual reviews of existing relationships.Primary tasks include : Organize relevant financial data. Spread and analyze audited, reviewed and company prepared financials in addition to corporate and personal tax returns and personal financial statements.Prepare cash flow charts, test covenants, and determine collateral coverage position.Prepare credit memoranda for approval. Memoranda should include a summary of financial performance analysis, cash flow generation, loan grades, debt capacity, and projected outlook.Complete various training assigned by Manager which may be outside normal business hours and off-site.Completes other tasks as requested.Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to the position, including the Univest Financial Corporation Code of Conduct.Qualifications BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics, preferred.Commercial banking underwriting experience preferred, but not required.Understanding of credit risk analysis, financial statement analysis, commercial loan underwriting and succinct business writing.Knowledge of traditional C&I, Commercial Construction, CommercialMortgage and SBA program loan structures, covenants and documentation.Possess strong organizational, analytical and communications skills.Ability to work within compressed deadlines.Professional appearance, strong interpersonal skills, positive and professional attitude.Proficient in Microsoft tools such as Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.Wage Range : The salary for this position starts at $50,000Benefits Overview : Univest offer's a comprehensive benefits package that includes : Health Insurance : Medical, dental and vision coverage (single or family; begins the first of the month following start date)Retirement Plan : Participation in 401(k) plan with up to a 3% employer match after 6 months of employmentPaid Time Off (PTO) : 15 days annually (prorated your first year)Short Term Disability : 10 days annually of sick time with a doctors note (prorated your first year)Holiday Time Off : 11 paid holidaysCommissions : paid quarterly based on individual and team productionWe offer company paid life insurance : as well as othe supplemental insurancesTuition reimbursementEmployee Wellness programs : including fitness club discounts and fitness tracker discounts / annual reimbursementDiscounts : on loan productsProfessional development trainingsClick here for Benefit Information#Univest#LI-HybridAn Equal Opportunity Employer.
