Overview :
Univest's Mortgage Banking team in expanding! We are currently seeking a Mortgage Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to encourage sales growth.
Responsibilities :
- Recruiting, training, and coaching sales team to achieve production, service, and integration objectives
- Developing referral sources for sales group from builder, realtor and professional organizations
- Resolving issues which may arise related to consumers or employees in accordance with Univest principles
- Organizing the sales team to most appropriately take advantage of the opportunities presented
- Making recommendations regarding product needs and changing market factors
- Ensuring production quality exceeds standards set by investors and Univest
- Ensure sales activities are conducted in compliance with government laws and regulations and in accordance with Univests Policies and Procedures, including the Univest Code of Conduct
- Perform additional duties as required
