Who are we?
Univision Computers provides Managed Information Technology services to clients primarily in Montana. We work for an awesome group of customers that rely on us to be their IT Department. Univision was founded in 1989 and is headquartered in a beautiful, new 2-story office building located in Missoula and has remote branches across the amazing state of Montana. We have also expanded into Idaho and Eastern Washington.
What is it like as an Sales Development Representative at Univision?
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Univision, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our prospective customers. Your focus will be building relationships, understanding needs, and creating opportunities that help our sales team close deals. This role blends research, outreach, and collaboration—both with potential clients and with our internal teams.
You’ll also play a part in supporting marketing efforts that align with sales goals, helping to ensure prospects are not only aware of our solutions but excited to learn more.
NOTE: We're currently hiring for candidates who can work in a hybrid environment based in Kalispell, MT or Missoula, MT.
What you'll be Doing
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing existing prospects and finding new ones.
- Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, social media (LinkedIn, etc.), and CRM tools.
- Identify customer needs and connect them with Univision products or services that fit.
- Clearly communicate the value and functionality of our offerings.
- Support the sales cycle by finalizing contracts and hitting team sales goals.
- Collaborate with our Customer Success Team to ensure a smooth handoff and positive client experience.
- Track and report on your outreach, leads, calls, deals, and follow-ups.
- Contribute ideas and insights to improve how we generate and convert leads.
- Help out with other related tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in technical products or services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business—or equivalent experience.
- Comfortable using HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
- A valid Montana driver’s license.
- Familiar with sales targets and how to meet them.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Confident in sales conversations and negotiations.
- Well-organized with a sharp eye for detail.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (or similar tools).
