Description
Univista Insurance is seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Trainer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales staff. The Corporate Trainer will play a key role in ensuring alignment between training programs and key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining compliance with licensing and company standards. This position requires extensive travel and collaboration with various teams to drive performance and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present training classes and seminars to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales staff.
- Align training and coaching sessions with KPIs to drive performance improvements.
- Develop and script engaging video and written presentation training sessions.
- Facilitate Property and Casualty licensing training and exams for new hires as needed.
- Organize logistics, including scheduling, travel, and materials for training sessions.
- Coordinate with the management team to identify and address areas of opportunity within the sales team.
- Track participant progress and ensure completion of all training modules, including licensing requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on training sessions, attendance, and outcomes.
- Work closely with Agency Managers, Regional Managers, and the Recruiting department to ensure alignment and support for all training initiatives.
- Provide on-site training and support at agencies to drive sales and improve performance.
- Manage and update the training calendar, including scheduling special training sessions for seasonal and individual projects.
- Coordinate the printing and binding of training materials.
- Ensure compliance with licensing and training requirements by tracking and verifying completion.
- Complete all required record-keeping and reporting accurately and on time.
- Ensure all Univista systems and models are properly facilitated and understood.
- Conduct performance coaching to enhance team effectiveness and success.
Qualifications
- 1 years of management experience.
- 2 years of auto insurance experience.
- 2 years of training experience.
- Limited Lines license required.
- Property & Casualty license preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Education (preferred).
- Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Google Slides, and spreadsheet creation.
- Office management experience (preferred).
- Ability to travel up to 75% (or more as needed).
- Reliable transportation required.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
