Payment adjuster
Loyalty MGA is looking for a Payment Adjuster to manage the processing and adjustment of payments related to insurance claims. This role involves reviewing claims, determining the appropriate payment amounts, and ensuring that payments are made accurately and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of claims processes, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex payment adjustments.
Responsibilities:
- Payment Processing:
- Review and assess insurance claims to determine appropriate payment amounts based on policy terms.
- Process payments to claimants, vendors, and other parties accurately and efficiently.
- Verify payment documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Claims Adjustment:
- Investigate discrepancies in claims payments and make necessary adjustments.
- Coordinate with claims adjusters and other departments to resolve payment issues.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all payment transactions.
- Prepare and submit reports on payment status and trends to senior management.
- Customer Service:
- Address payment inquiries from claimants and other stakeholders.

- Ensure that all payments are processed within agreed timelines to meet customer expectations.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 6 months of claims handling or intake experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Active insurance adjuster’s license preferred; must obtain and maintain as needed.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, or related field preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering timely and effective resolutions to customer issues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional, energetic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate solutions clearly and concisely.
Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
