- Training and Development, Instructional Design, and Curriculum Development skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in conducting needs assessments and evaluating training programs
- Knowledge of learning management systems and training methodologies
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is required
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
- Solid written and oral Spanish and English is required
- Ability to travel >75%
