Job Title: LPN
Duties:
- Provide direct care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
- Work collaboratively with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to implement and evaluate patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medication management, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Assist in various medical procedures and treatments as directed by a registered nurse or physician, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license issued by VT State
- Min. 1 year of experience as an LPN
- Covid Vaccination Card
- BLS Certification
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- LPN: 1 year (Required)

- LPN Licensed issued by VT state/compact license (Required)
