Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled MLT (Medical Laboratory Technician) to join our team. The MLT will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, analyzing results, and maintaining accurate records.
Duties
- Perform blood sampling and analysis using various laboratory techniques
- Conduct ELISA and flow assays as part of diagnostic testing
- Utilize physiology knowledge to interpret test results accurately
- Follow established laboratory procedures for specimen handling and processing
- Manage data effectively, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Collaborate with the laboratory team to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Certification as an MLT or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and procedures
- Strong data analysis skills for result interpretation
- Familiarity with ELISA, flow assays, and other laboratory methodologies
- Knowledge of laboratory information systems for data management
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced laboratory environment
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $66.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
