Job Title: Pharmacy Technician

Job Location: Morristown, NJ

Job Type: 03 months contract (with opportunity for extensions)

Duties:

• Fills orders accurately and stocks/replenishes supplies.
• Handles requests and delivers medications promptly.
• Supports team goals and adapts to needs.
• Prepares IVs aseptically, minimizing waste.
• Maintains and inspects automated dispensing machines.
• Repackages medications and monitors inventory.
• Resolves issues and supports workflow efficiently.

Skills:

• Previous hospital pharmacy experience (2 years) preferred.
• Previous oncology/infusion center experience preferred.

Certification/Licenses:

• Current active registration with the State of New Jersey Board of Pharmacy.
• Current Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB).

Schedule Notes:

• 1. Days per week: 7on 7off Shift: Overnight : 8p-7a is the shift. they work 7 of those in a row and then are off for 7 & then start again.
• On call or weekends required? 7on /7off rotation 2.
• Day technicians that have solid IV mixing (sterile compounding experience) experience is a must Days per week: 5 days every other weekend (Monday-Friday) Shift: Days 7a,8,9,10 – 3p,4p. etc.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
