SUMMARY :
Are you a proven operations leader with a passion for manufacturing, logistics, and team development? This is your chance to join a dynamic operation in Charlotte, NC, managing a 136,000 sq. ft. facility supporting a high-growth manufacturing process. The previous Operations Manager was promoted to General Manager-now, we're looking for someone who's ready to take on this exciting growth opportunity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operational Oversight : Manage daily operations in a two-shift environment, including warehousing, kitting, and transporting units to the manufacturing plant for final assembly.
- Team Leadership : Lead and develop a team of 10-12 managers and oversee 115 hourly employees across two shifts. Build a positive, collaborative culture focused on accountability and fairness.
- Inbound / Outbound Operations : Oversee 15-20 inbound loads / day and 20-25 outbound loads / day, ensuring seamless plant operations.
- KPI Management : Set, monitor, and enforce key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational consistency and performance improvement.
- Budgeting & Financials : Support financial operations with a foundation in budgeting and P&L management. The GM is willing to train candidates who have basic financial acumen but are eager to grow.
