Service Manager (2+ Years Experience Required) - Unkefer Sales (Kubota Dealership)

• Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring top-notch service for our customers.
• Manage and motivate a team of service technicians, including hiring and training new talent.
• Handle customer interactions, including resolving complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Drive service sales by promoting maintenance packages and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain an organized, clean workspace and ensure accurate record-keeping using computer systems.

Qualifications:

**MUST HAVE at least 2 years of experience as a Service Manager or in a similar leadership role in farm equipment , automotive service or service tech—no exceptions.**
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to diffuse tense situations and build rapport with customers.
- Proven sales ability to meet revenue goals and grow the service department.
- Proficiency with computers for scheduling, invoicing, and inventory management.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a tidy work environment.
- Experience in hiring and managing a team, with a collaborative and supportive leadership style.
- Knowledge of Kubota equipment or similar machinery is a plus!Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Manager or in a similar leadership role
