Duties

- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Handle cash register operations accurately, including processing payments and managing cash handling procedures.
- Ensure compliance with food handling regulations and safety standards in the preparation of drinks.
- Assist in setting up for banquets or special events as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
- Stay updated on beverage trends, new products, and menu items to enhance guest experience.

- Strong cash handling skills with experience using cash registers.
