The successful candidate will be a hands-on expert in visual design and will work closely with a team of designers, marketing, copywriters, developers and others to elevate client brands and marketing programs. As an individual contributor you will be responsible for bringing design solutions to life which adhere to marketing strategies and business goals. Creative problem-solving skills, pixel perfect precision, an appreciation for creative strategy and mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite are a must. Our clients are doing big things, like optimizing global supply chains and working to help us all avoid the worst effects of climate change. One of the most important things we provide are the ideas that help them meet these objectives. Responsibilities Use your strong eye for aesthetics and visual details to ensure a quality final product Learn and understand each clients business, market and target audiences Create a variety of brand driven channel executions for our clients Collaborate on marketing campaign development Execute development of sales and marketing assets aligned with client objectives Collaborate, support and mentor other designers, providing feedback and guidance on design execution Help with planning and art direction of photo and video shoots to ensure that the assets are on target with the needed assets, in alignment with the concept and in brand for the client.
