Rehabilitation Specialist

As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with mental and behavioral health challenges through personalized care and therapeutic interventions.
Duties:
- Provide gender issues counseling, psychopharmacology, and art therapy to individuals in need of rehabilitation services.
- Collaborate with clients to identify and work towards achieving their rehabilitation goals.
- Conduct assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to support clients in their recovery journey.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in mental/behavioral health settings.
- Proficiency in gender issues counseling, psychopharmacology, and art therapy is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience working with diverse populations and understanding of trauma-informed care practices.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
