What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hourly Caregiver: 12:30-4:30 Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays position at Unlimited Care?
We are seeking a hourly Caregiver to join our team. Our caregivers provide high quality patient care in their homes. The caregivers stay with the client 4 hours for 4 days per week. Specific days to be determined. LOCATED IN SANGER TX
Responsibilities:
- Provide in home patient care.
- Remind prescribed medications to patients.
- Chart medications and vital signs daily.
- Prepare and cook daily meals per diet restrictions.
- Assist in the transport of patients if needed.
- Assist in bathing/grooming.
- Provide companionship and basic care to patients.
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment.
- Run errands and take to doctor appointments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with in home patient care and/or at a facility.
- Ability to build rapport with patients.
- Compassionate and caring demeanor.
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
- Ability to work well in teams.
- Communicate with office and families
- 18 years or older.
- Current driver's license and auto insurance
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
