Residential Cleaner

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in new construction residential and newer rental turnovers. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The House Cleaner will ensure that all areas are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and organized to provide a welcoming environment for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning tasks in residential homes and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Execute floor care duties such as sweeping, scrubbing, and waxing floors to maintain their appearance and hygiene.
• Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate techniques and equipment to remove stains and odors effectively.
• Manage housekeeping tasks by organizing cleaning supplies and ensuring all equipment is maintained in good working condition.
• Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist with custodial duties as needed, including restroom sanitation and waste disposal.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve efficient cleaning operations while adhering to scheduled timelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their specific cleaning needs and preferences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or residential cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and the use of various cleaning products and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills related to the role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
