We are currently seeking an experienced customer service agent to fill our Medicare office located in Brandon, FL.
The ideal candidate will have customer service experience within the Medicare industry or ACA industry.
To succeed in their roles, Customer Service Representatives need a variety of skills. Some qualifications that can indicate a quality candidate for this open position include:
-Interpersonal and customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with customers.
-Analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose problems and recommend effective solutions.

-Time-management skills to respond to customer emails, calls and web chat messages promptly.
Daily tasks will include:
-Taking inbound calls.
-Answering questions about about medicare plans.
-Having some product knowledge.
-Dial outbound calls.
-Assist with setting doctor appointments.
-Assist with claims.
-Data entry
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
