Aeration Crew Members at Unlimited Lawn Care are responsible for providing superior customer service, aerating lawns perfectly every time and always acting in a responsible manner.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Arrive to work on time daily, and do so with the intention to learn and provide superior customer service
- Be organized and prepared
- Load and unload Aerator equipment safely and efficiently
- Operate Aerator machines safely and efficiently
- Learn, comprehend and follow all company policies, protocols and procedures
- Complete all assigned services and communicate questions and/or issues to Field Managers.
- Keep your company vehicle and equipment clean and maintained according to company standards
- BE SAFE when driving, operating equipment, and working in company facilities to ensure you return home and back to work safely each and every day
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and MVR in accordance to state and local laws and company policies
- PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Continually required to stand
- Continually required to walk
- Frequently required to sit
- Continually work near moving mechanical parts
- Additional remarks regarding work environment: High physical output
- Specialized equipment, machines, or vehicles used: Spray system, spray equipment, spreader, aerator.
Summary
As an Aeration Crew Member, you will be essential in enhancing the health and appearance of lawns and landscapes. Reporting to the Crew Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include performing aeration tasks and utilizing hand tools and machinery effectively. Your core skills in lawn care and landscape maintenance will be vital, while your mechanical knowledge will ensure the proper operation of equipment like excavators. Additionally, your expertise in groundskeeping and irrigation will contribute to the overall success of our landscaping projects, helping to create beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients.

Pay: $600.00 - $900.00 per week
