As a Customer Service Representative, you will use your people skills to help new and existing customers with their accounts/services. If you are looking for a great environment, and have a desire to help others, then this is the role for you!
Customer Service Job Responsibilities:
- Understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing/managing accounts.
- Develops rapport, providing technical information and explanations.
- Assist new and older accounts by answering telephone, and e-mail inquiries and verifying and entering information.
- Communicating realistic expectations, and explaining how programs/services work.
- Maintaining accounts by checking customer’s service history, and explaining benefits and features along with helpful suggestions on services or cultural practices.
- Maintains customer service ideology and empathy.
- Maintains communication within departments by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems.
- Maintains and improves quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures.
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
- Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Work Hours and Benefits:
At Unlimited Lawn Care we are not a seasonal company; you can count on your career being full time year-round, with weekly pay and bonus opportunities. Our standard hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays 9:00 am to 2:00 pm for the first 6 months. Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 4 years of Customer Service experience preferred
- Familiarity with lawn care/landscaping industry (Will Train)
- Agronomic Knowledge (Will Train)
- Call Center/Semi-Remote Experience (Will Train)
- Mathematical skills to calculate amounts such as discounts, service dates, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable Transportation
- Ability to pass a Background Check

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
