Shift: Nights (Mon- Fri 5 PM – 9 PM & Sat 8 AM - 11AM)

🚨 What You’ll Do

• Monitor and support active loads overnight to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
• Proactively communicate with carriers, drivers, and our internal account managers
• Troubleshoot issues, delays, and service failures as they arise
• Update internal systems with real-time load status and notes
• Provide backup operational support to our daytime brokerage team
• Maintain calm under pressure and make sound decisions

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in truckload dispatch or freight brokerage required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a time-sensitive environment
• Tech-savvy with TMS and load tracking platforms (e.g. TruckerTools, Macropoint, )
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently overnight
• Follow detailed risk mitigation processes to prevent cargo claims, fraud and cargo theft
