We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our crew as PPI Dispatchers. What You'll Do:
The Redemption Agent is responsible for assisting vehicle owners with reclamation of their vehicles after repossession or impound. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities. The primary responsibilities of the Redemption Agent are to create and update vehicle condition reports, collect owner payment, and release vehicles from the lot.
Vehicle Condition Reports
- Photo document all vehicles brought onto the lot as a result of repossession and recovery efforts
- Create detailed condition reports for all recovered vehicles according to company guidelines
Personal Property Inventory
- Inventory all personal property left in recovered vehicles according to company policy
- Secure all personal property from recovered vehicles
Personal Property Release
- Assist vehicle owners with personal property reclamation
- Document personal property releases per company policy
- Assist vehicle owners with document completion related to personal property release
Vehicle Release
- Assist vehicle owners with vehicle reclamation
- Document vehicle releases per company policy
- Assist vehicle owners with document completion related to vehicle release
- Process payments from vehicle owners as related to vehicle release
What's You'll Need
- Prior experience helpful, but not necessary - paid training provided
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines with or without direct supervision
- Willingness to work effectively as a team contributor on all tasks and projects
