Overview
We are seeking skilled Senior RV Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in RV repair and maintenance, with real experience in working on all types of recreational vehicles. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on RVs, including but not limited to slideouts, electrical systems, propane systems, hydraulic systems, and plumbing.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs.
• In depth troubleshooting on all types of RV appliances, electronics, hydraulic, and water systems.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly about vehicle needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of all service requests.

Requirements

• MINIMUM 3 years direct RV experience in a dealerhip, service center, or mobile repair.
• RVTAA or RVIA certified OR an equivalent mix of verifiable experience and education on RVs.
• Familiarity with all types of RVs and systems.
• Must be able to troubleshoot given a problem statement, directly from electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Ability to use manufacturer data to diagnose problems correctly and completely.
• Ability to clearly speak and type the English language.
• Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
• A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications related to RV repair are a plus.
• References will be required and checked.

Pay and benefits are commensurate with education and experience.
