Technical Sales Advisor - RV

Unlimited RV Service and Solar is the highest quality RV service center in eastern Tennessee, and is in need of a high performing Service Advisor.

The Service Advisor role MUST be mechanically inclined (if not very experienced) and Sales focused, bringing knowledge, motivation, and and a can-do attitude to the team and our customers.

The IDEAL candidate is: a former 10 year mechanic or RV Tech who is looking to change positions into a front end sales leader. They will have extensive real time RV and household repair experience. They can talk technical and on the other hand can talk to inexperienced and non-technical customers. They are excited at the possibility of uncapped commissions and sales earnings.

Mechanical experience is not required - sales, willingness to learn, and motivation is required.

Candidates for the RV Parts and Service Advisor should have:

Extensive mechanical knowledge.

Be efficient at Should-Cost analysis/quoting in a mechanical setting.

Able to use computer software such as Excel, Word, and supplier portals.

Preferred RV/Camper experience, but not required.

Be comfortable speaking with, and managing customer expectations.

Organization skills and initiative.

Drive to constantly learn and improve processes.

Inventory and part identification experience.

Experience scheduling garage personnel and prioritizing.

Pay is base salary plus commission, with no top end or commission caps
